Over 750 students attend Reed's School and their central aim is to support those children who have lost one or both parents. Excellent pastoral care is at the heart of this aim.

Reed's School relied on written safeguarding records and electronic copies saved onto their network. The 200 staff members found this time-consuming and complicated.

Reed's needed a system that could seamlessly put together a detailed chronology of cases. It was also crucial that the system would allow a team to be put in place easily to offer early intervention.

The system achieved all that I wanted it to with immediate effect.
