Latanya Rennalls, Assistant Headteacher
Ravens Wood School
We asked Latanya to tell us how the School Robins feature in Provision Map has helped to make gathering feedback on student progress easy and efficient.
Hear how Latanya has been impressed with the system's ability to generate one single document of all feedback – and see an example for yourself!
Many schools rely on tracking emails sent to colleagues about the students they teach. These emails may be used to gather comments on a student's performance during a school term.
Ravens Wood School has escaped the unreliable and confusing ways of collecting comments and has moved on to use School Robins within Provision Map.

Using Provision Map has enabled staff to gather data across the school for particular students with ease using School Robins.

What is School Robins?
School Robins is an easy-to-use tool for teachers and leaders to gather and collate information. Users simply create a request about a student, group or topic and each assigned member of staff receives an email for their input, which is then automatically collated into a report. It's as easy as email, but better organised, and ensures you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.
Using email for information requests can get complicated, with responses getting crossed, or labelled in a way that makes them hard to find later. And paper-based approaches (using pigeonholes or round robins) have a slow turnaround time.
School Robins is instantly updated when a member of staff replies to a request, so you can be confident you've got the latest information at your fingertips.
If you have any questions about School Robins or Provision Map, feel free to contact us.

We have been so impressed with how quick it is to use this function and how professional the PDF looks when completed and ready to share.
